Tim Sass, PE, MSCE



Over 25 years experience in forensic civil, structural and mechanical engineering. His specific involvements include evaluating structural damage to residential and commercial buildings. Investigating causes of failures, document current conditions and provide expert testimony. Typical projects include evaluating collapsed commercial and residential structures, foundation and roof damage. Evaluation of existing buildings for conformance of building codes and normal design practice. He has participated in insurance investigations and arbitrations, and has appeared numerous times in court as an expert witness for plaintiffs and defendants.
